As of the 2019-2020 academic year, we have over 340 teachers and staff working together. Over 2,000 children studying in our 5 schools. In 2017, the German company EWE Empathy Worldwide Education acquired the “Empathy Yurtunts” LLC, the founder of the school and changed its subsidiary schools to a Mongolian-German joint venture.
In January 2019, a group of representative students from “Ulaanbaatar-Elite” International School and “Ulaanbaatar-Empathy” visited Germany where they attended German language courses and were introduced to the socio-economic development, history, and culture of Germany. We are planning to conduct such cultural tours annually as we intend to expand this program which is well appreciated by the students and parents alike.
In the 2019-2020 academic year, we have expanded our international relations to the Florida Gulf Coast University of Florida, Pusan National University of Korea, Yamate Business College of Japan, Birmingham International Collegiate of Canada, and have signed Memorandum of Understanding with a dozen of schools, such as High Schools of Canada, Germany, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan.

Empathy schools are equipped with modern facilities and advanced technology, physics, chemistry, biology, and computer laboratories. All classrooms are equipped with projectors and electronic smart-boards as we aim to provide the optimal working conditions and learning opportunities for the teachers and the students. The average size of the classes in our schools is 20-24 students and the ratio of teachers and students is 1:11, which makes it easier for teachers to work and reach individual students.
On the occasion of our 25th historical anniversary, we are delighted to congratulate all the students, alumni, teachers and staff who have been writing our history and their parents and family, who have been whole-heartedly and continuously encouraging us, and we are proud to see the results and achievements of our work and contribution to education.
I wish the best in your life,
